Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Should you wish to cancel or amend your appointment date this must be done at least 72 hours prior to your appointment; all refunds must be within this time frame.
2. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment we will offer you an alternative appointment date and time for the same treatment.
3. You must be 18 years or older to attend a session or in some cases if under the age of 18 you would need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. Once a date and time has been confirmed full payment becomes due, your slot will only be held open for you for 72 hours before being offered to someone else if payment is not received.  If you have been given a last minute slot then payment must be made within 24hrs.
